RMA NUMBER REQUIRED FOR ALL EXCHANGE & RETURNS
In order to process your exchange and returns effectively, you
must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number
before sending anything back to us. To request a RMA number,
simply contact our Customer Care Representative during office
hours by calling us toll-free at: 1-800-950-9510
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
We DO NOT cover equipment damage due to the usage of our products, each product we sold are fully tested prior to shipping, if it is not working properly and caused any damage to our test machine, we do not ship it. We can not be held liable to any cost to you due to said circumstances, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS WITHOUT RMA NUMBERS
If your
return is received without the RMA you will automatically be
charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
Unopened merchandise may be refunded within 30 days of the order
being placed. To receive a full refund (not including shipping)
product must be in its original packaging, not opened. If
product is open (ex. seal is pulled) a 25% re-stocking fee will
apply.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
If within the 30 day refund or 180 day exchange policy and your
product is opened a 25% re-stocking fee will apply.
Original
Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges
Name
brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard,
and Lexmark) are covered by their respective manufacturer's
warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the
manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not
accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PACKAGING
All non-defective products without its original packaging are
non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All defective products must be returned in the original
packaging. Once the product is received it will be tested, if it
is working properly 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Products
returned without original packaging will be charge 25%
restocking fees automatically even the cartridge is defective.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE WITHOUT PACKAGING
All Defective products without its original packaging returned
to us will be charge a 25% re-stocking automatically.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipping charges are non-refundable,
except in the event that we ship you the wrong items.
The following guideline applies to orders where customers
received free shipping:
If customer received free
shipping and is returning non-defective merchandise a $10.00
charge will be applied to order.
PACKAGING & SHIPMENT ERRORS
If you have received an incorrect item(s), please call us @
1-800-950-9510, so we may immediately begin to correct the
error.
REFUNDS
Customers with RMA number who request for refund can expect to
be refunded in the method in which you paid within 7-14 business
days of our receipt of their return after we received the
merchandise back from you.
EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have bought a
new printer and the product you previously bought does not go
with your new printer you can return any unopened merchandise
for up to 180 days (excludes OEMs).
Two options you can choose to exchange for replacements:
1.
If you need a replacement product right away, you can ask us for
a RMA number so you can send back the product for a refund and
we will help you to place a new order for the replacement
products right away. Once we received the products back from
you, we will refund your account within 7-14 business days.
2.
Once we received your exchange we
will ship the replacement product(s) within 1-3 business days.

EXCHANGE & REFUND PROCEDURES
Since we have found that some people will not return the
merchandise once they have received their replacements, we have
to have a policy that replacement cartridges will not be
shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products
being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements
right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new
order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
We only accept products back for an
exchange or refund for 180days after the purchase was made. Only
products purchased from us can be returned for an exchange and
unopened products must be in sellable condition.
